Ruby Rawson (they/him, White, trans masc, non-disabled)

is 27 years old, an actor. Ruby was born in Forest Row, England, and grew up in Stuttgart and Hamburg. After graduating from high school and completing several internships at the Junges Schauspielhaus Hamburg, Ruby studied acting at the AdK in Ludwigsburg and was subsequently engaged at the Theater Konstanz. Since this fall, Ruby has been studying Applied Theater Studies in a master's program in Giessen. Ruby is involved in queer activism and can be found at queer parties as an awareness person. Ruby is part of the collective alphabeten mafia 2000. Together, they produced the play “Unfreiwillige Poet*innen” (Involuntary Poets) and developed accountability guidelines for theater visits for young audiences.
Hanna Launikovich (she/her, White, non-disabled)

ist Performance-Künstler*in und DJ_ane belarussischer Herkunft, die zurzeit MA ‚Choreographie und Performance‘ bei der Institut für Angewandte Theaterwissenschaft (Gießen) studiert. Seit 2018 arbeitet sie mit interdisziplinären Dokumentationspraktiken. In ihrer künstlerischen Praxis legt sie einen besonderen Fokus auf die Themen Trauma, Nostalgie und Isolation. Diese Themen erforscht sie durch Klanglandschaften, die auf Field Recordings, Stimmimprovisationen und performativen Partituren basieren. Zudem interessiert sich Hanna für die Entwicklung von Deimperialisierungs-praktiken, die auf die gesamte postsowjetische Region anwendbar sind.
Mona Altmann (she/her, White, non-disabled)

Her interdisciplinary practice is situated somewhere between theory and practice, as well as between visual and performing arts. Alongside her artistic work she writes texts, works on publications and curates exhibitions. She holds an MA in Art Theory and Scenography from the University of Arts and Design Karlsruhe and is currently pursuing a master`s degree in Applied Theatre Studies in Gießen.
Yossi Herzka (he/him, Weiss, non-disabled)

studiert seit 2024 Angewandte Theater-wissenschaften in Gießen. Zuvor arbeitete er nach einer Anstellung im Foyer Public des Theater Basel in der Vermittlung und Audience Development an der Kaserne Basel und setzte die Auseinandersetzung mit und Arbeit an der Frage der Zugänglichkeit und Verortung von Theater in der Gesellschaft als Koordinator Vermittlung für’s Theaterfestival Basel 2024 fort.
Olen Mamai (Slavic-White, semi-disabled, pronunciation may vary)
production management
is 29 years old, was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and is a non-binary performer and artist. Olen works in the development of performances, the curation and organization of (art) events, as well as leading workshops. Olen has participated in and co-organized several editions of the Diskurs International Student Festival in Gießen. In 2022/2023, Olen led the online self-help group for Ukrainian artists, "Implan.tat," as part of the Implantieren Festival in Frankfurt. The focus of Olen's work is often autobiographical, dealing with themes such as trauma, queerness, and origin.
Lou Hampel (she/her/all pronouns, White, non-disabled)
Concept and design of festival centre, graphic design, website design
was born in Bielefeld and lives as an artist in Giessen and Berlin. While studying fine arts at the Berlin University of the Arts, she spent a long time building sculptures until one day she felt a longing for movement. She then pursued this interest during her master's degree in applied theatre studies. Lou creates short performances, video works, room installations and moving objects. Her works often deal with bodies in violent relationships and their (lack of) motives.
Marie Engert (none/they, White, non-disabled)
technical direction
is studying for a master's degree in applied theatre studies in Giessen and works in Hesse and beyond as a sound designer and audio engineer. Marie's work, which focuses in particular on the exploration of noise as a gap and potential, ranges from performances to radio plays and installations. 
In addition to her artistic work, Marie takes on technical jobs, is a technical assistant at the Institute for Applied Theatre Studies, and also regularly teaches practical courses there.
Jonah Helfert (none/they, White, non-binary, non-disabled)

is born in Mannheim in 2003, Jonah grew up in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. After graduating from high school, Jonah completed a voluntary service at the National Theater Mannheim, where Jonah was responsible for organizing the series “Ins kalte Wasser” (Into Cold Water) and the “Festivalakademie der 22. internationalen Schillertage” (Festival Academy of the 22nd International Schiller Days), among other things. Since 2023, Jonah has been studying applied theater studies in Giessen and, in addition to his own performative work, is also involved in the artistic, technical, and organizational management of projects and festivals. Jonah volunteers for an association that promotes art and culture.
